What do you do with the dog waste after pickup?
We take and dispose of it, leaving no waste in your trash bins or on your property.
Can my dog be in the yard when you arrive?
Although some dogs are friendly enough to not have to be locked up, we ask that you keep your dog inside during appointments to prevent any possible issues and ensure the safety of our pooper scoopers.
Do I need to unlock my gate before each visit?
Yes, please make sure that you’re gate in unlocked so we can do our job. If we can’t access the yard, we will contact you and/or try to reschedule.
How do I know you actually came to clean my yard?
We send a confirmation message before and after every visit so you know when we’re arriving and when we leave.
How do I know you closed my gate?
After every visit, we send a picture of your closed gate, ensuring that your dogs can’t escape.
Why don’t you offer every-other-week service?
Biweekly cleanups tend to allow too much waste to build up, therefore we focus on weekly or one-time cleanups for best results.
Is it okay if I don’t mow often?
Yes, we can still service your yard, however it does make it harder to spot and remove waste.
How does your billing work?
We do prepaid monthly billing. We bill at the beginning of each month, on the 1st, for that month’s scheduled service.
Do you store my credit card information securely?
Yes. All payment data is processed and stored using secure, PCI-compliant systems. We never see or store your full card details.
How do you handle cleanup if my dog has diarrhea?
We do our best to remove as much waste as possible, but some residue may remain. You can also request an optional sanitizing treatment
How does your notification system work before you arrive?
We offer a free “text-ahead” alert so you know we’re on the way. It’s especially helpful if you need to secure pets or unlock the gate.
Do you offer service during rain or snow?
Yes, we work in most weather conditions. However, if severe weather prevents safe service, we’ll notify you and reschedule.
What areas do you service?
Currently, we only service properties within the city limits of Erie, Colorado.
What types of waste or scenarios aren’t covered by your guarantee?
We don’t remove waste inside homes, kennels, or under heavy debris. Diarrhea cleanup is best-effort only.
Do you clean patios, gravel, or other areas beyond grass?
Yes. We service all common pet areas, including patios, artificial turf, gravel runs, and more.
What if I go on vacation or don’t need service for a while?
Just let us know in advance and we’ll pause your service without penalty. You won’t be charged for skipped visits.
